As a writer and editor with a degree in Journalism and experience as a project manager, I have worked on a variety of book projects--both fiction and nonfiction. Along the way, I've collected years of experience in the publishing industry and developed a keen eye for good storytelling. I'm particularly passionate about well-developed, multidimensional characters who I'd love to hang out with. My favorite genres are historical fiction, speculative fiction, women's literary fiction, mysteries, and thrillers. My goal is to help guide and mentor first-time authors and create space where unique and untold stories can flourish. When I'm not hunkered down reading a good book, you'll find me gardening, volunteering, or taking long walks (often while plugged into an audiobook).
